Is Snoop Dogg the coolest rapper ever? Well, I mean, is he? To me, no one comes close to his coolness and swagger. PRINCE: Always and Forever

No. Kool Herc is the coolest, most def. There wouldn't ever have been any rap if Herc didn't bring his toaster records with him from Jamaica.
But the other coolest rapper is that guy whose name I can't think of at the moment who performed at Coachella a few years back with the plastic Elvis wig on. He releases records under different names depending on which alter-ego he's expressing. I'm sure you afficianados can fill me in on his name. | |

He deserves the title because he does rap as performance art, has a sense of humor and doesn't take himself too seriously. Love the costumes and that Dr. Octogon character.
