Awesome musicians. Everyone should buy their CD. yes, they are. Yes, everyone should. They aren't Los Lobos yet but they are a good successor. I enjoyed their first two albums so I'll get this one. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Agree 100%, I own none of the albums, but hear them on satellite and enjoy it. Vocally great harmonies, and guitar wise Henry has monster tone. [Edited 7/1/08 13:18pm] Music is the best...

OK, now who the hell are these people? Do they have any jams? I normally would assume that a recent artist was dull but since it was SoulAlive that started the thread, I thought I would ask, since he's the one that hipped me to Jamiroquai.
. . . [Edited 7/1/08 14:33pm] Andy is a four letter word.

. . . [Edited 7/1/08 14:33pm] These guys are a callback 2 the good ol' days when there were actually BANDS and those said bands could do a thing we used 2 know as PLAY THEIR FUCKING HEARTS OUT.... if it's jams you're lookin for ,check out a live dvd of theirs call "Los Lonley Boys Live Tex-Mexican Style", and see of "Onda"doesn't sind chills down your back and make your break out your classic Santana albums...

No Wow. Someone hasn't heard them play live or seen their DVD or heard their last two CD's. Henry is a Guitar MONSTER. Blues to the bone. The Boys are all very, very good at what they do. http://www.youtube.com/wa...1O5WIJJKT0 If you like Prince, if you like Santana, you will love the Boys. Some people tell me I've got great legs...

if you like Santana, you will love the Boys
Los Lonely Boys reminds me of early Santana, before he started collaborating with pop stars and rappers on his albums.

Los Lonely Boys reminds me of early Santana, before he started collaborating with pop stars and rappers on his albums. I saw them in NYC and Henry broke one or two strings and still kept burning his guitar. Amazing performers. They write, play, and sing their own music. Kinda rare these days. random crappy easy listening.
That is not fair.. yes the songs are not pushing any crazy topics or political agenda.... BUT they are super talented vocally and guitar wise. I love funk too, but you still have to appreciate a good guitarist. Not sure why Dance is so hard on them.... Music is the best...

No, actually it's not unless you believe everything that comes out of Prince's mouth or think that the only music that exists is provided by Clear Channel and MTV. We're DEFINITELY hurting though, but not so much so that the simple fact that someone plays an instrument warrants praise and support. Crap is crap. I don't care if it's some shit hop tool talking over nonmusic or some uninspired music by numbers musician.

I just found out that the Wal-Mart version contains two bonus tracks Now I gotta go buy the thing again!! I hate when this happens....when certain stores have exclusive bonus tracks.

Los Lonely Boys are three brothers from Texas who play a style of music they call "Texican Rock n' Roll"....a vibrant mixture of rock, blues, soul, country and Tejano. If you like early Santana and Stevie Ray Vaughan, you might like Los Lonely Boys.

In this era of crappy pop and offensive rappers,I find Los Lonely Boys to be a refreshing change of pace.Real musicians making real music. What a concept!

I saw these guys live a few years ago when they opened up for Santana. They were awesome. Since then I've bought a couple of their cd's, so I will definitely check out this one.
