yes, they are.
Yes, everyone should.
They aren't Los Lobos yet but they are a good successor.
I enjoyed their first two albums so I'll get this one.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Agree 100%, I own none of the albums, but hear them on satellite and enjoy it. Vocally great harmonies, and guitar wise Henry has monster tone.

OK, now who the hell are these people? Do they have any jams? I normally would assume that a recent artist was dull but since it was SoulAlive that started the thread, I thought I would ask, since he's the one that hipped me to Jamiroquai.

Wow. Someone hasn't heard them play live or seen their DVD or heard their last two CD's.

Henry is a Guitar MONSTER. Blues to the bone. The Boys are all very, very good at what they do.

If you like Prince, if you like Santana, you will love the Boys.

I saw them in NYC and Henry broke one or two strings and still kept burning his guitar. Amazing performers. They write, play, and sing their own music. Kinda rare these days.

random crappy easy listening.

That is not fair.. yes the songs are not pushing any crazy topics or political agenda.... BUT they are super talented vocally and guitar wise.

I love funk too, but you still have to appreciate a good guitarist.

Not sure why Dance is so hard on them....

No, actually it's not unless you believe everything that comes out of Prince's mouth or think that the only music that exists is provided by Clear Channel and MTV.

We're DEFINITELY hurting though, but not so much so that the simple fact that someone plays an instrument warrants praise and support.

Crap is crap.

I don't care if it's some shit hop tool talking over nonmusic or some uninspired music by numbers musician.

Los Lonely Boys are three brothers from Texas who play a style of music they call "Texican Rock n' Roll"....a vibrant mixture of rock, blues, soul, country and Tejano. If you like early Santana and Stevie Ray Vaughan, you might like Los Lonely Boys.

In this era of crappy pop and offensive rappers,I find Los Lonely Boys to be a refreshing change of pace.Real musicians making real music. What a concept!

I saw these guys live a few years ago when they opened up for Santana. They were awesome. Since then I've bought a couple of their cd's, so I will definitely check out this one.

Yes, me too. I would go again for sure. My husband is a huge Santana fan and we've seen him many times, but we've only seen LLB once and they were excellent.
