This is probably why I saw them at a showcase, playing for about 20 people. Everybody was standing at the bar, except me and my two girlfriends; we were dancing on front of the stage. Hell, I would have danced ON stage, I was so drunk.
The band was dis-spirited; the singer pointed at us during the third song and told us he'd have a pint with us later, as we were at least having fun.

But indeed. Shite band. The tourband was the same as the back up band for Take That. Nuf said.

How wierd - I was just thinking about this band today. I interviewed them back in the day (well, their manager). Haven't thought about them for ages.

Paul Weller did some songs with/for them a long time ago.....those weren't bad!

Or right now The Kooks. They're vile. The lead singer is from East London, the band formed in Brighton, but they like to pretend they're northern and put on fake accents to appear more credible. Vile vile vile.
