Yes, correct. Bowie hasn't released an album since Reality in 2003 - the longest break between new albums. His heart attack brought the curtain down on the sequel to Reality, which he was planning to record and release after the tour was finished.

He was rumoured to have been releasing an instrumental album instead, but that has yet to happen. When asked about his current plans a few years ago he mentioned something about being disenchanted with the current state of the music industry.
