I always say to any surgery claims -

MAKEUP. Especially make up applied by Hollywood stylists, can change the way your face looks dramatically.

Plus, she's a child here so obviously she's not wearing any make up and isn't styled in anyway.

AND your face does change as you get older.

Not saying she hasn't had any but I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet.

Her nose does look smaller but like someone has said it's probably the way they apply her make up. And also peoples noses grow in different ways as they get older. Some's grow wider and some's grow longer giving it a thinner look. Her face is fuller now too making her features look smaller.

Besides she only looks to be about 12 in that black and white photo. Not many people look the same in their pre-teens as they do in their early twenties.

Also, a lot of people don't realize that you can actually change the contours of your face somewhat by excercising the muscles of your face, something that jack lalanne always used to advocate way back in the 50s and now other people are catching on to. There's even a book called "facercise" which I think has gained popularity in cosmetic circles. If you think about it, in the same sense that a person's body can change shape or fight off aging by building muscle, your face can do the same thing. Anyway, I think alicia's face could have just changed with maturity, makeup, lighting etc. anyway.
