And why is everyone complaining about the similarity anyway? Madonna especially worked with Justin and co to get that sound, and this track is one of her most special tracks ever, its melody is totally new to her.

I do wonder if people who complain about this are the same who said the ballads on American Life were bad as well because they were just with an acoustic guitar. Now we get a much different sounding ballad-esque track and now they bitch because of the Justin similiarities.
