MAGNE F, Artist of 2008, literally!! The trusted member of a-Ha who occasionally has had led vocals on the albums, has been the incredible writing force on their strongest output since 2000. With a-Ha now doing a SOLO-JOINT tour before releasing their 10th album, Magne has become a force in the world. Commissioned by Al gore and the Nobel peace committee to design (yes he is literally an artist) a global world stamp, he also has a brilliant new solo cd out on May 19th through indie-channels and genepool records in most countries but once again not the usa!!

I'm going to see his solo gig at Londons Notting Hill Art club on the 23rd. Then, the following night, its the big show at the royal albert hall, "AN EVENING WITH MORTEN HARKET, SAVOY & MAGNE F". . | |

Its an amazing idea for shows! You are very lucky, i was thankful that they did do that one US show in 2005 here in NYC, because it might not happen again here, as far as playing shows, though i remain hopeful because Paul and his wife Lauren do have a NYC apartment. Magne and Mortens solo cds hit the stores May 19th, though Magne did release it for free on his myspace site and Limited for sale, it now has some more cuts on it and its amazing! As is Mortens, and the SAVOY is a re-recorded best of.
