This is when I feel in love with the Pet Shop Boys. I never really got into Please or Actually, but when Introspective came out I was just blown away at how broad their palette was.
I picked this up on Vinyl when it first came out as a lark, I liked the cover, Then when the orchestra part started on Left To My Own Devices I just became an instant fan. It was just gorgeous. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

really like the song. it was one of the first singles i got. people say the whole introspective album aged badly but i think it's just a testament of the time it was released, like eurythmics sweet dreams and more such albums and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Domino Dancing is nice. I like the video with his homosexual undertone.

i was never quite sure if the guys (are they twins?) gave up on her in favor of being with each other in the end. it's very open ended, no pun intended lol. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
