Wow, I actually really like "Voices". Parts of the song remind me of Erotica-era Madonna, especially the way she sings "that you start to believe it". That is enough to keep the song in the countdown for another few rounds...
I'd go with "Candy Shop". I alternate between flat out hating the song and finding it passable as album filler. I'd probably not hate it so much if it hadn't been the opening cut on the damn record. Other than American Life, I can't imagine Madonna putting the worst song as the opener on another album... I'm the first mammal to wear pants. | |

Now I think about it Voices would go GREAT on Erotica. I may be crazy but Voices gives me a Debbie Harry vibe . Im liking it more and more. But im not changing my vote. After Spanish Lesson its tough to get rid of anything this soon. | |

Yeah - spanish lesson is the obvious one, but now it gets tough. Im gonna go with Voices - but i really like some parts of it. However they've recycled a Massive Attack beat - and the grandiose ending is stoopid - so it gets my vote for those reasons. | |

My choice is Voices. It's a good track but it doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the album and I don't like that it ends the CD. It's so dark and slowa it down a bit too much. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
