NAUGHTY question//Chaka Khan fans please enter (circa 1980) anybody hear faint dialog in between "Too Much Love" and "All Night's All Right"? for a minute there I thought I was only hearing it on the remastered CD version but I was just putting the needle to the record to hear ANAR and TML was fading out (I had it turned all the way up) and I could hear the same thing I was hearing on the CD... very softly though sounds like Chaka is saying "who said that?" anybody else took notice? classy Yep, thats her New York penthhouse,,,or was for that matter since I heard she sold it after she went cold turkey in the late 80's. This was the place where she used to lock herself up for weeks due to her drug paranoia(She talks about it in the book). I'm glad she overcame that.

How just pathetic and sad that is Hey Rippy Kanye doesn't bother me like he does a lot of people. Not my taste, and I don't think he's as talented as he seems to think, but oh well. I'll just listen to something I like instead. And hello back to you.

I'm guessing that's why his productions really ceased to amaze me after so much of that, you know? I mean we had Hov's Blueprint album some of the Dipset/Rocafella stuff it got old really quick to me... but some of it I still love to hear like the song from his first album after the Bernie Mac intro that samples "I Don't Wanna Stop" (Gino Vanelli) now THAT was cleverly sampled! back to "Through The Wire/Fire" I DO NOT remember Chaka's song nor video for "Through The Wire" as a kid... didn't get into it until AFTER Kanye dropped... because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
