I love this tune. When it was first released, I thought it was a rip-off of Prince's "1999".

There is nothing like hearing this song on a great car stereo system back in the 80's. Ahh the memories. cool
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.

i *STILL* think it sounds like a '1999' knock-off, but so what. i still think 'cream' sounds like a t.rex knock-off, so it all comes full circle. lol

that said, this is one of the few phil collins songs i can actually stomach. one day i will get the motivation to seek out ol dirty bastard's remake of 'sussudio'. that will be a special day.

Just playing! I love this song. And yes VelvetJ, whenever I hear this song I totally have flashbacks of riding in the back of my mom's car in the 80's. "One More Night" does that to me too.

This song is so laughable... lol When I first heard it, it was like a joke. I won't say I hate it, but I don't like it.

my head has been so far
up Face Value's ass since
I bought the vinyl last year

"You Know What I Mean"/"Thunder & Lightning"
is my everything, it really
brings out the emotion deep inside

"just as I learned to be lonely
you walk back into my life
just like you never left..."

::grabs box o' Kleenex::
"be who you are and say what you feel
because those who mind don't matter

Phil did some good songs.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."
