if after a year.. if a guy does NOT show intentions of marriage... I don't mean a proposal.. i mean talking about getting married to me.. THEN BYE BYE BYE..

i don't play that game.. date for 3 years and never talk about marriage... OH NO.... why would i waste that many years and not know.. when there are guys out there within a year will talk about marriage...

well you don't know anything about me and my relationship except only what i have told you. so you have no right to judge, there is only one judger in this world. if two people are happy and don't want to rush into marriage, i say that is better than rushing into something either one or both don't want. why don't you walk in your own shoes first before trying to judge somebody else? have you even been in a long-term relationship before? probably not, it wouldn't surprise me a bit.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

there was a chick on the front page of the Daily News here in New York, her and her man were together 1 year and they decided to get married... on the day of the wedding (after 1 year) .. the groom never showed up... disappeared .. at the wedding, they all still partied and the band broke out and played 'I Will Survive' for the bride... and the bride's family paid $65,000 for that wedding (which is why that ended up on the front page of the paper) ....turns out.. the media found him .. the groom went to the honeymoon spot (i think was Tahiti)by himself .. he said he wasnt ready (after 1 year of dating) .. so .. even after a year of dating.. you still may not know who u're dating.. .. and why that groom did that to that bride was a mess disbelief

They asked all of their guests to wear ivory, actually. You don't even know what their theme & decor was and you are saying that.

by the way, shoould either of these two consider a pre nup? I think whitney should not have let bobby brown talk her into not signing one.
beyonce got her money young, so she should consider it. Jay z don't seem like he would take advantage of her, maybe her connections in the business if anything. but even hiim I couldn't see him NOT wanting to or even needing to because everytime I see news of them out and about the headlines start off with, "Beyonce spent x millions on a trip with her boyfriend jay z. I wonder about that.

their marriage announcement is everywhere yet they wanted it to be private huh? I am still glad for them they have gone to many a great places together.

The irony is it was...As someone else noted, folks were asked to wear cream/ivory clothing because the wedding was not done in the traditional way...Hey, I'm all for making fun of the Knowles family when warranted...But facts have to be straight before shitting on folks...LOL...To me what's really funny is the family still trying to push that untalented Selounge (sp?) down folks throats...that shit will always be hilarious....

But there's nothing wrong with folks being asked to wear ivory at a wedding...A lot of those informal celebrity weddings have done that...Nothing new...Or tacky....Just speaks to your own style...

Uh, it's the other way around..LOL....Jay is not Bobbby Brown in the money department...He actually has more money than Beyonce and more connections ...Check your celebrity Forbes money list...Jay was no. 9 amongst Jerry Seinfeld, The Rolling Stones, and Madonna in 2007...And that's before his Live Nation deal worth $150 million...

yeahhhh I know, just a thought in this case. I know jay has connections and plenty money, but we didn't see him all over the place like we did beyonce so I thought she had more of them. I know jay z handles his.

I love the guy. I also like seeing the ladies like janet and bee getting with the rappers and not the guy mom wants you to bring home, and seeing beyond what they do and look like. it is ironic but quite humorous. I hope they become powerful together.

okay just to slip off topic a minute who has been together unmarried longer---them, jermaine and janet, or ashanti and nelly? who should be next to get married? Just trying to keep this on the same subject. thanks

falloff From a serious relationship stand point -- a year is not that long. Especially if it's with someone you weren't familiar with or platonic friends with prior to dating them.
