Battle of the '60s male soul solo artist! SURVIVOR - ROUND 1

I'm taking a page from FuNkeNsteiN's soul vocal groups of the '70s but doing male soul solo artist from the '60s. Y'all know the routine, you leave the fellas you want on the list and vote for the guy you want off.

-"the Genius" Ray Charles

-"Mr. Excitement" Jackie Wilson

-Sam Cooke

-Joe Tex

-"Mr. Dynamite" James Brown

-"the Iceman" Jerry Butler

-Marvin Gaye

-"the Duke of Earl" Gene Chandler

-Otis Redding

-"Wicket" Wilson Pickett

Let the voting begin...

I'll have to vote off my man Wilson Pickett. Ay, it gotta be somebody!

And y'all remember , this is only the 60's, so Marvin and JB's '70s work don't count.
