It's a fun track. Could have been on the tour.

I love this song too, it's so cutesy, melodic and so...janet! It would fit in perfectly with the escapade/runaway medley. I also think Daybreak and Enjoy sound sooo good together back to back

Really like it too. I'm finally giving 20 Y.O. a chance and there are several tracks that I've really fallen in love with. It's nowhere near as uneven and disappointing as people make it out to be. There are some true gems on there.

As a whole album, I love it, although I was indifferent to quite a bit of it when it came out. Probably cause songs like Show Me and With U don't stand well on their own, unless I'm listening to them along with the rest of the CD.

Those are actually 2 of the standouts to me. I have a harder time with some of the pseudo crunk of the first half.

the first 3 tracks can be compared to crunk, but it reminds me of freestyle from the 80's more. Think Afrikka Bambata, Debbie Deb, and whatever else was out that time.

The only song I'm crazy about in the first run is "Show Me". The rest sound like they're trying too hard to be modern.

The 2nd half is effortless, classic-styled Janet.

get it out me is awesome, if that was the first single off 20 YO and not the average Call On Me, it would have sold like hotcakes, whether she was getting airplay or not.

Daybreak was hott I thought. It has the fun of Escapade..but just not as eciting or in depth as its mother.

and um... TAKE CARE is one of the hottest Janet slow track ever
Straight Jacket Funk Affair

EXACTLY.... people made like that album was really bad....

it had many cute songs on it.. and if you liked janet from the 90s there is NO way you would NOT like half the album.... plus.. if this album were released during the 90s people would NOT be complaining like they were

For me it's "Show Me" and "Do It 2 Me".

I don´t have the 20.Y.O. album so this is my first time hearing it, but it sounds very average to me. Maybe it needs more than just one listen.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."
