Ashley Simpson Leela James Nickelback/Daughtry/Creed/3 Doors Down (they all might as well be the same) Any non-sense rapper (ie Soljaboy) Avirl Laviegne Avril Lavigne....there's one I forgot. The musical equivalent of every sweaty teenage girl/tortured artist wannabe. Reminds me of a time we were on the train home from London once and there were a group of My Chemical Romance fans in the seats next to us going home from one of their concerts. They were in the traditional emo/goth get up and whinging about how hard life is for them and how MCR's music really speaks to them and "gets them through it". This one girl who was moaning the most gets off at her stop and there's mummy and daddy waiting for her in the car park to drive her home in a brand new Range Rover sport!! Yeah, life must be real tough luv! www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

Britney Spears Lindsay Lohan The Simpson Sisters Ciara 50 Cent (including all other thug-type rappers) The Spice Girls American Idol winners (with the exception of Carrie Underwood) Any Death metal groups Black Eyed Peas (all of them including Will, but especially Fergie) [Edited 2/21/08 9:45am] Wow. I have to agree with all of them, except I think Ciara can dance and I do like the BEP.. I think they are all talented but they sold out- like, they all have talent I believe, they just don't use it. They write catchy songs and have a catchy look; I just think they can do so much better. [Edited 2/22/08 2:31am] www.maximum-jackson.com

AlexdeParis said: Axchi696 said: Michael Jackson - In part due to his insistance on remaining a 14 year old mentally, and his soppy/sappy music, but mainly I'm annoyed by his fanbase. MJ is a prime example of a group of fanatics ruining an artist's music for the masses. I've never considered him (and never will) a musical genius, but I did respect him for the 20 or so songs of his that I actually did like. However, with the exception of 4 or 5 songs, I can barely listen to MJ nowadays because of the insanity that swirls around in the hardcore.
With all due respect, I find this more than a little ridiculous. The way someone's fans act actually affects your view on the musician and his music? Really? I like what I like and it doesn't matter to me what others say or do. Co-sign again. www.maximum-jackson.com

The thread title says "Artists", so I'll stick to that and leave the non-relevant no-talents outta my list:
Jill Scott - I like her personality quite alot. But her music bores me to pieces, man. And then there was the "Hate On Me Hater" bullshit which was the icing on the fuckin' cake for me Thats when I decided "Ok Jilly, you're trying way TOO damn hard" The Beatles - Overrated, overexposed and overcredited. Give me anybody from EW&F over The Beatles in a bunch anyday. Larry Graham - Everytime I see that man speaking in interviews or in live per4mances, I can't stop thinking in the back of my mind about how "precious to musicianship that man thinks he is". Madonna - Look up @ The Beatles. Betty Davis did what Madge been trying to do long before she had pubic hair. Janet - Lazier than a fuckin' dung beetle in a desert storm. Mariah - I love her so much,,,,but lately she been fuckin' with too much fluff thats def beneath her, vocally(same with Janet). Lauryn Hill - Buy yourself a fuckin' help already.

Though I'm a big Madonna fan, I can fully understand why people find her annoying. It was he music that I originally latched onto back in the late 80s, great dance tracks like Into The Groove, Lucky Star, Erotica, etc. Madonna as a person used to p*ss me off though. I recall watching In Bed With Madonna and coming away thinking "What a twat, I can't believe I like her music". It wasn't until the late 90s when she seemed to grow up a bit that I warmed to her. I can understand why alot of people will never warm to her though. [Edited 2/22/08 8:31am] www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!
