Cool thing happened to me at the Ani DiFranco show last night... I went to see Ani last night at the Wiltern (Incredible show by the way) and I went over to the ATM machine to get 20 bucks and the crazy thing dispensed a $100 dollar bill...so I go back to my seat to await the show thinking I had scored but confused at the fact that cash machines do not dispense $100 dollar bills...anyway right before the show is to start some dude goes on stage and says something to the effect that the cash machine had been giving out the wrong bills all night and for anyone who wished to please go to the Wiltern office and return the money...I instantly felt guilty like I had been caught doing something wrong and I thought if I don't give this money back I won't enjoy the show...So I take my ass downstairs and give the money back...there's a few other folks there giving the money back as well...and everyone in the office is shocked that people are actually returning the money...Then I was leaving the theatre office and go back to my seat, this dude comes up to me and hands me a business card and said that he appreciated my honesty and that if there was ever a show I wanted to see at the Wiltern to give him a call and he would hook me up. I said thank you and then I said that actually I would be interested in a pair of tix for Meshell Ndegeocello and he was like cool and he went to the back room and produced two tickets...so it appears that I'm going back to the Wiltern Theatre tonight...

awww... wish I could of been at the Ani Difranco show... not for the magical ATM machine... but for her of course!

You are a person of INTERGRITY...the most important trait imho. I may see you there tonight at the Meshell concert. Im miffed I had to miss an Ani show but it wasnt feasible. "Climb in my fur." | |
