After their public feud since 20 Y.O., her airplays haven't been the same(and we all know the reason why  ).
Musically, both women are fuckin' around and putting a new level to blandness. I'm assuming that they ran out of ideas and thought "Fug it, we're pass proving ourselves, so why bother? Lets milk every gimmick we have right now coz this thing won't last long". Frankly, I don't mind,,,I'd rather have an Ms.Carey/Ms.Jackson overkill in my screen than Beyonce or Dykicia Keys. She doesn't have MTV on her side ?? where have you been... MTV filmed six spoofs of their most popular shows starring Janet, The whole week leading up to the release every commercial showed feature music from Janet's cd in the background... She performed on TRL the day of the release... MTV is back in the saddle | |

i hope so too. altho it's last minute so she may not have had enough time. i'm excited to hear "migrate"! she better make sure those "guide vocals" are on point tho. we dont want her pulling an "ashley"

I liked the photo at the end with the compact. Migrate has potential but I can completely do without TPain. He's not necessary (but then, is he ever?). I hope I'm not spoiling this for the West Coast orgers, but I caught both of her performances, and while she looks absolutely amazing   , her performances weren't all that great.  I was sort of disappointed by "Migrate", which all of the pre-reviews said was a really hot track. It sounded like just another hip-hop track to me.

Yeah i preferred Migrate to Touch My Body, TMB is possibly my least favorite MC single next to Shake it Off. Tpain came out on stage and it looked like Flava Flav and Sandman Simms from Showtime at the apollo had morphed into a nightmare. But i have lowered my standard to what i think im gonna get out of Mariah realizing this is who she is and theres a level she is never gonna hit in terms of doing something that makes you go "holy shit im impressed" but it is what it is.
On a seperate note, i seriously didnt even think SNL was still on the air, and watching this show i realize that it needs to be cancelled, NOW! Someone had the nerve to compare its level now to the level of the Belushi/akroyd days, are you kidding me. On another seperate note MC looked great, but she has really lost too much weight, im one of those people who thought she needed to NOT lose weight but it seems that Mariah bought into the HYpPE that she needed to.
