She looks HOT but she pretty much always does. What is with her in these videos, why cant she pull off "SEXY", with all she has, she cant do it, or refuses to do it. Only on a few occasions has she had the "intimacy" in a video with a co-star, that would be "The Roof" video, which she even says is her favorite. So im curious, why now, that she has a body and look that is sexier than ever, a song that talks of being sexy, and yet cant pull it off. She did the same thing with "get your number" video, she hired that dude from that movie to play her "love interest" and what happend? she never goes near him, in the video we have to see JD pushing up on some chick at the bar, damn the video isnt about him. And in that song you had her singing about taking him home, getting in her hot tub etc.. and in the video, the two of them only exchange looks from across the room, while Mariah parades around in her sexy outfits. Either Mariah doesnt want "intimacy" in her videos or her video directors all SUCK. Funny how her movements in that video are oh-so sensual, and it's just her at the beginning, prepping for a date (or a fuck?) in some dingy bathroom. But it's so entirely intimate just watching her do this. I mean it gets you involved, makes you wonder what is she getting herself into, etc. And then they slowly bring in the courtship ritual as the video heats up, and she's flirting with the guy and finally they're getting freaky on the roof. Totally matches the song. Breakdown was an incredible song, but the video sucked because they didn't go where they should have with bringing the cinematic lyris to life.
