1. Why do *two* songs sound like The Police's Every Breath You Take?

2. Janis Ian sample? I heard the first few bars, and I'm thinking, "That's At Seventeen." It was distracting.

3. "Not Falling Apart" has the same chord progression as 3 Doors Down's "Kryptonite"...and what sounds like the same production in the opening bars.

4. Does "Makes Me Wonder" sample/rip off anything? Something about it sounds very familiar.

I thought these boys were supposed to be super-talented and original. I was hoping to be impressed by this album, but...

Adam Levine is hot until he opens his mouth to do anything other than sing. (And even his singing voice is starting to become grinding to me.) I've heard him in interviews and he comes off as an uncanny jerk.
