I saw Me'Shell at the jazz festival in Montreal this past summer and it was incredible. She performed mostly material from the new album and it blew me away...

The cover art and song titles are harder to read than the music is to listen to.

I know I’m late as hell but I’m finally listening to it in its entirety and I love love love it. I feel like it is filling a musical hole in my soul. So quiet, smooth, groovy, rhythmic and sexy. Well worth the wait. Merry Christmas to me, dammit!
