I don't get all my Cds for the year until the gift certificates come rolling in and then hit up the year-end clearances. MeShell is definitely "on the list", but I'm at a complete loss as what was "sooooo solid" about the year. I bought mostly reissues (Sly, Betty & Miles Davis). Maybe you could elaborate? I just need titles & artist. Exposition isn't necessary. Others: Radiohead-In Rainbows (Full v) NIN-Year Zero Chaka Kahn-Funk This Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way. | |

To get into this record. same here... it has it's moments as far as I'm concerned. But it's not growing on me with each listen. Lovely Lovely, Elliptical and Relief: A Stripper Classic are the only ones that really stick with me. I just don't hear it as one of the best of 2007. I think Dance of the Infidel was a better album and more groundbreaking for her. | |

Did you check the clip? I'm sure my bro will play the album for me soon! I'm not sure what to expect, and I'm a little wary as her previous albums haven't done much for me.
