that list is bullshit. No way has 2pacs all eyes on me sold that few copies.

2pac's all eyes on me is surely one of the biggest selling albums. it sold 7 or 8 million in the usa by 1997 alone, you're telling me in 10 years it hasn't sold any more?

Puff daddy no way out sold more??
rubbish!
that list is incorrect and someone obviously cobbled it together.

I'm also sure The Chronic sold more than 5 million.

Also, didn't Vanilla Ice sell 16 million copies of his album?
I don't recall how much of it was in the usa.

incorrect list.

2Pac's "All Eyez On Me" has sold WELL OVER 20 million at this point, as has his Greatest Hits.

How do I know this?

Well, I interviewed the producer Johnny J who produced the majority of "All Eyez On Me" for a documentary I made about 'Pac for BBC 1xtra last year.

I went to his studio, and I saw the commemarative plaques on his walls from the label.

All Eyez On Me had sold 15 million records back in 1998. We're about to be 10 years later, and although no figures have been released in a few years, I'm willing to bet that it's approaching 30 million.

I also.
I also don't have any Shania Twains in my collection.
Or Janet Jackson.
Or Madonna.
Or Conway Twitty.
Or Michael Bolton.
Or Garth Brooks. Though, I don't mind that Friends In Low Places song.

Also,
I've never seen that 2 Girls 1 cup video.

Did you forget All Eyez on Me is a double Album? So that rounds out to about 11,100,000, which is tops on the list. But wait, Speakerboxx x was a double LP also?

The double album, double count rule applies for RIAA certifications ONLY, not raw sales figures.

Yes, a very talented and under-rated producer. But more importantly, a very nice guy. We actually sat in his studio and talked with him and kicked it for about 2 hours after we had already done the interview.

Then, since we had gotten a cab to his studio from Hollywood, he gave us a lift back there and dropped us off at 'Pac's favorite restaurant, where we happened to run into Kardinall Offishall, so we interviewed him too, and then Yukmouth walked past, I recognised him so went to speak to him and asked if we could interview him ,but he said he had a studio session that he was late for.....I saw that his eyes were red as hell.....then he walked straight into the restaurant....lol i guess he just had the munchies.

Here's a pic of me with Johnny at the "memorial room" of his studio (a room dedicated to artists who have passed away)

Funny this has been brought up. Sometime in the last month, I read that that the CD pressing had the video version for "Play That Funky Music". My sister had the cassette and that version was different from the video.
