duh.....the MOST OBVIOUS samplers of this song:

1)En Vogue- "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)"

2)LL Cool J- "The Boomin' System"

.....and probably a BILLION MORE!!!!!

It's probably safe 2 say that there is NOT a stone unturned in the James Brown catalog of music!!!! He is undoubtedly THE most sampled artist in Hip-Hop/R&B history!!!!!
cool cool cool cool cool cool

Here's my thought on this: I bet your overestimation that a BILLION have sampled it was as intentional as my underestimation that nobody had. biggrin Now I might be silly, but I think we both might have been applying sarcasm to the situation.

NO!!!! Cause James Brown's music is the "McDonald's of Hip-Hop".....over a BILLION SERVED!!!!! And I said PROBABLY!!! I'm not being sarcastic at all!!!!
How is it silly 2 say that James Brown is the most sampled artist in music history??? That's pretty "dead on" if u ask me!!!!!

Good pick, pill. This is one of the songs I STILL bump in my ride. This is my fave James cut, hands down. I think it's underrated, regardless how much it has ben sampled. One of the best lyrics known to man;

I might not know karate but I know karayzze!
And I too dig this whole album. James at his best is hard rough whoop your ass pissed off James. The music to this is simply bangin'.
