 In what form did you get disc 2? Was this from the boxset purchase? I paid $17 US for the download but it was only 10 songs.

They might send a link for those of us who voluntarily paid for disc I 
Or at least put it on sale on it's own and not as a bonus on that expensive deluxe box  | |
