I'm going to rescue this thread from the scrap heap and actually post a serious response.
I like Cradle Of Filth and Dimmu Borgir. Although whenever I listen to the latter I can't help but think "angry Popeye" after a critic used that term to describe the vocals. | |

Both Cradle Of Filth and Dimmu Borgir recorded albums with orchestras so you sort of have the black and symphonic genres combined into one on those:
