my guess is that she realized she wasn't as good as people said she was(and she's not imo) and then got into s terrifically fucked domestic situation .. .. .. we've all read about the rest. she can't hold a note these days.

I refuse to believe that L-Boogie is a victim/victimized by men, thats one of the oldest cliches in the book.

Personally, I believe that Lauryn will get help ONLY if she's willing to be helped.

And beside there're women in the industry who are going through some WORSE stuff than she does(Amy Wino-house and Britney who lost her kids come to mind).

L-Boogie is a case of "I'm not going through the motion just coz you expect me to", if you will.

I love her dearly, though. And I hope her all the best,,,but if the best is staying out of the record industry's madness, then I support her just the same.
