His chops REALLY shine in them long songs. I'm still blown away when I play that song. All four songs from Hot Buttered Soul kick ass. Isaac shut it down!

The organ solo @ the end of Walk On By(not featured in the clip though) shows you that Truck Turner ain't a 2-bit joke.

It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

than he became a scientologist... I mean, isn't everybody nowadays though? Its seem "uncool" to believe in god nowadays. You can't even say you're a religious person in here without the "Religion is what corrupted the world" crowd Speaking of which, check what he said about 'em

I love Hot Buttered Soul, from start to finish, but I've never heard Black Moses, although I heard that it is a good album. Is it better/worse, or even with Hot Buttered Soul? Lady Cab Driver is one of the greatest songs ever!

Most of his covers were ominous compared to the originals. I just recently heard the original version of "I Stand Accused" by Jerry Butler and Isaac actually turned that sucker around, brought a rap and then kilt it vocally... (((shudders))) Ike's the man even if he is a Scientologist.

Vintage rehearsal footage. You put the hurt on me. You socked it to me when you said goodbye. Never let you see the tears in my eye. WAlk on by. Walk. Walk on bye. One of my favorites by isaac. Don't get me started on I stand accused. That dialogue at the beginning is equivalent to lionel richie's dialogue at the beginning of just to be close to you. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

As Maurice White once said, "The melting pot for all kinds of musicians". Which is TRUE as they come when you look bac in history,,,most of our musical history makers are from TN

Well I was specific I said TN,,,don't matter to me which side of TN though. The state itself gave birth to music history writers.

Timmy you are starting to become my new best friend on here. Yeah, and I'm equally a fan of the Temptations as you are. Least the "classic 5" of Eddie, Paul, Otis, Melvin and David. LOL, I gotcha on Isaac's song, I have his greatest hits collection and I just thought you meant "Wonderful" which had the lyric to that title song.
