Aaliyah's song I Care 4 U

This song is just timeless, written by Missy. Aaliyah performs it so effortlessly. Its got that old school feel about it, its a beautiful classic love song. Its a shame Aaliyah died just as this album was released, even more so that BlackGround decided to go straight to a greatest hits instead of carrying on with the Aaliyah album. The Aaliyah album is amazing in my opinion.

I know I Care 4 U was recorded 5 years previous to Aaliyahs 2001 release. It was meant to be on One in A Million, I'm glad they waited in a sense.

The beatboxing always felt a bit out of place to me. Otherwise, it's a beautiful song.

Perfectly executed. I think it's the best on Aaliyah, and that's saying something.

I loved that song the first time I heard it. That album was my favorite of the year.

I have heard that it was supposed to be on the "One In A Million" cd, but left off because some thought that it did not fit the tone of the album. It was recorded a few years ago and only saw the light of day on her last CD. It is a beautiful song.
