Floptastic: Britney's second single is Piece of Me Jive has just sent this to radio.
Just what we need - another tuneless, amelodic track where the celeb bitches about the paparazzi and their tarnished media image. Zzzzzz..... [Edited 11/7/07 9:20am]

Its funny because they keep using the same pictures for her singles , because she isnt even doing Photoshoots. From what i heard "Radar" and "Toy Soldier" are singles they want out there quickly too, dont be surprised to see a Rihanna pulled here, where 4-5 singles are out in the next 2 months or so. Dont think she is doing anymore videos though. Break The Ice was supposed to be the second single, but they switched it at the last minute. In other floptastic news, Sony is re-promoting Hold It Don't Drop It as the second single for J. Lo's Brave fiasco. WTF? [Edited 11/7/07 9:32am]

In other floptastic news, Sony is re-promoting Hold It Don't Drop It as the second single for J. Lo's Brave fiasco. WTF? Well they have to go through the motions, but they arent really doing any work for these singles they just send out the tracks, its not like in the 70's and 80's where they were doing the work to get something played. That actually should have been the first single from Jennifer, but i think we all knew that the album wasnt going to be a mainstream success for her, i mean she has been out of the spotlight for years and she is viewed as old now. Plus it leaked about 6 weeks before the album came out, im guessing she shot a video for it back then and they will use it, since now she is pregnant, though still performing, she isnt going to go in and shoot videos for singles. She's not really whining about fame. She's just basically naming herself as what she is. I think My Prerogative was more of a whining song. This one strikes me as more of a fighting back song and why shouldn't she? She doesn't have to take shit from the world silently. She does everything else loudly
And she'll probably still do a video but no telling how good it will be. I don't know where anyone got the idea she's not doing videos anymore because she or anyone else never said that. Use this site www.britney.com for your news not all the shitty tabloids. p.s Radar sucks. Her vocals are terrible in the chorus and it's annoying overall. Plus she doesn't need another "sex" song. It's a good song, not the best but good nonetheless.
I hate to say it as never been a Britney fan BUT I think the whole album is great. There isn't a bad song on there IMO. Some stronger than others but it is far far far better than any other poptastic stuff out right now. Hope it does really very well as it definitely deserves to.
