HELLO VAIN AND ALLL
That is why it is important to keep your vinyl. you can buy cd's that claim they have the extended 12 inch version of a song(your greatest hits cd for example). then you look at your 12 inch and find that yours is even longer than that. getting back on topic, I think that because of the small amount of songs were on an lp, like seven songs on an lp, with the every now and then extended version of a song, ( The gapas were notorious for that) and I have some of theirs. slow and fast. (was there one for outstanding? don't have that one) but like someone said, you get that great certain element that is missing from the record without that 12 inch version [Edited 11/5/07 10:35am] nipsy

KISS- Detroit Rock City, its crazy that this song always gets cut, the original Vinyl of this song features a car starting up and crashing, which leads to the infamous intro, its not even a long part, BUT it always gets cut. Oh yea, I forgot about that one Definitely a moment [Edited 11/3/07 15:45pm] The original 7'' version, which ran 4:57, was a great edit. Unfortunately it has only been included on one of her hits collections. The other collections include new crap edits. But it is possible to edit that song and retain its greatness.
