This was a good Soul Train. It was so good seeing people "boogie down" to "Let's Get Married".

It was also good to see Darnell Williams. Man,he must have been 16 or 17 then. If u all didn't know, he used to be Jesse on All My Children in the late 70s and early 80s.

alright daPrettyman! I was wondering if anyone would figure out the darnell guy. and he could dance too. and dang he was on there in 1973! I wonder how old he is now?

that soultrain line was terrble enough to get soul train cancelled. lol

other than that the show was good. some of the dancers was hilarious dancing to hollywood swinging.

Here is the other BOST thread. I posted some pics on there.

To answer your question, he was born Mar. 3, 1955.
Raised in Brooklyn, later moved to Los Angeles. Was a regular dancer on "Soul Train" (1971) in the mid-1970s. In the original cast of "Your Arms Too Short To Box With God" in 1979. Had a #67 R&B hit with "Pure Satisfation" on the CBS distributed label My Disc in 1983 from the album of the same title.
