I heard the Neptunes on a couple of new tracks. They got a joint with Twista and Nelly out.

They were by far my favorite producers. Very innovative and unique. Will.I.Am is my current favorite, but even he sounds a bit Neptunish on Fly Girl.

Pharell and Chad had the ability to mix the old with the new as well. The drum patterns to a lot of their music had an old school feel to it.

You'd think with their kind of income you could afford something a bit fancier than two Microkorgs.

The funny thing about all these bling photos and "MTV cribs" kind of setups is that all these people have the finest accessories, cars, kitchen utensils, pool tables, etc. - yet still stick to entry level equipment to pose with in their photos. Cause obviously it doesn't matter to the audience what they are seeing as the alleged sound source as long as it looks remotely like an instrument.

Speak & Spell would have been cooler in that sense, though.
