Ya know, I think about this a lot.

Remember her set up for Saturday Night Live back in '92 or '93 when she did Fever and Bad Girl? I would love to see a scaled back tour just like that.

Some of the songs I'd most like to see are...

I Want You
Survival
This Used to Be My Playground
Secret Garden
Sanctuary
Mer Girl
Skin
Has To Be
Intervention
X-Static Process
The Look of Love
Til Death Do Us Part
Supernatural
Rescue Me
Goodbye To Innocence
You'll See

Good call on all!

Cept Xstatic Process - i remember ages ago when you pointed out that Madge's 92/3-95 output was her BEST ever - i even made a playlist. it's so true. even the b sides from that era are decent - which says a lot! most of her unreleased shit is CRAP

I really like the Ray of Light outtakes like "Gone Gone Gone", "Revenge" and "Like a Flower" though. It'd be cool to hear any of those.

My list would look something like this:

Physical Attraction
Over and Over
Gambler
White Heat
The Look of Love
Oh Father (she doesn't do this much, does she?)
Promise to Try
Dear Jessie
Something to Remember
Why's It So Hard
Waiting
Forbidden Love ('94)
Survival
I Want You
Skin
Swim
Intervention
Mother and Father
Like It or Not

Or ANY live band for that matter! That's my biggest gripe with her last 3 shows, the only ones ive seen live. no band! I swear - why does she even pay a drummer? It seems 99% pre-recorded. Like Stuart is just programming sound cues - her fucking musical director is a DJ for christ's sake.

I suppose it works with the kind of music she's been making. And I really loved Ray of Light and American Life.

I'd just like her to do something a little more organic next time around.

SECRET FUCKING GARDEN bow drool bow drool bow drool bow drool bow drool bow drool bow drool

It's in my top 10 Madge songs of all time. Don't know why it doesn't get the attention it deserves. I always felt it could be an opening segment for a new tour, complete with some beautifully fucked Steven Klien video.

Oh My GOD, and totally Supernatural too! dancing jig

btw...Hi Gangsta! hug

The Girlie Show was the best band she has ever used.

Though during Everybody, Jai Winding is clapping out of time... and it always makes me that man is the MD?!?

and she didn't take Mike McKnight on tour last time, which shocked me.

Hey buddy. I've missed ya. hug

Sometimes I think Secret Garden is my favorite Madonna song. It is when it's on anyway.

There have been times when I've been in an altered state and have literally turned into this song. nuts
