I actually first saw this album on "Natalie Cole`s list of music you should hear"

I listened to a few samples on amazon, and the album sounded good.

Actually, that's the album that made me a Franks fan...before that...I dunno, he's got one of those odd whispery voices, and people either like it, or it makes 'em wanna grab an AK47, ...

But when I heard this album, I was like, "Ok,, ya got me...gotta start checkin' Mike out, ".....

Michael Franks has been around since way back in the day! Great artist!!!

I remember this album from back in the day when it first came out. I worked in a record store and used to play this entire album from start to finish at least 3 or 4 times a day. Needless to say, I loved it, but I can't say I've heard it in over 20 years. But just seeing it here in this post reminded me that I used to love this album. Now I have to go out and find the CD! Thanks for the memory.

Thats a cool LP, I've been a fan of Franks ever since Sleeping Gypsy '77.

had the CD..let someone borrow it....never seen it since.

"Never Satisfied" was my song.

When Sly Calls was and still is my favorite.
