Top 10 Fave Bee Gee's Songs? I know I can't be the only on here that likes the Bee Gees. They're one of my favorite groups ever, so choosing 10 songs is kind of hard but i've narrowed them down to:
1)Too Much Heaven 2)To Love Somebody 3)How Deep Is Your Love 4)How Can You Mend A Broken Heart? 5)Tragedy 6)Emotion 7)New York Mining Disaster 1941 8)Nights On Broadway 9)Lonely Days, Lonely Nights 10)I Started A Joke "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

I have everything that's commercially available, solo work and related artists included.
I even have the two Barry/Barbra albums, which has granted me great popularity among the eastern Europe gay community

I have never understood why so much criticism was thrown at the Bee Gees for their 70s stuff, I think Saturday Night Fever was one of the best albums of the 70s. In fact I only watch the film for the music, especially for How Deep is Your Love

Thanks for posting this. I haven't listened to the Bee Gees for ages, and only discovered how good they were when a colleague asked me to convert some vinyl to tape. Anyway here is my list:

I'm not sure that the Bee Gees are great album artists, but there is probably only 20 or 25 artists that speak English that can come up with a bigger and better selection of songs from their career.
They were brilliant. And they are slowly over the years starting to be seen for that. Unfortunately disco became hated when it almost took over radio (for many ignorant reasons) and since they were the biggest thing at the time, they became associated with disco, even though they've always been an unbelievably fantastic R&B band. And disco, at its best, never sucked. But there is always a backlash when something gets this popular. I'm hoping it'll happen to hip hop, but tastes are so divided these days with satellite radio and hand-held music players that I'm not sure if the same forces are at work to lead something else to becoming overplayed. **I suck!** [Edited 9/14/07 16:10pm]

Aw man, that's not fair!
'cause I can only come up with 5 (and they're in no particular order) 1. More Than A Woman 2. Love You Inside Out (Leslie Feist did a HOT ASS version couple years back!) 3. Too Much Heaven 4. Emotion (w/ Samantha Sang) 5. Night Fever(the absolute BEST song to do the Hustle/Trans Europe Express to)
