Who is the best rapper?

So far, maybe Eminem. eek

Chris Rock has a funny new routine, where he mentions that America has become screwy because the best rapper is white and the best golfer and tennis players are black.

I like Missy Elliott best but as far as the most talented in terms of what they're saying and skill I'd say Andre and Big Boi from Outkast.
