Elvis simply because of his voice and energy. I dont give a crap about The Beatles and their musicianship, lyricism and the way they "revolutionised" music. Elvis had energy, his songs exuded it. The Sun Sessions wipe the floor with any Beatles album. Even his 70's work that every bitches, is incredibly passionate even though it's inconsistent. The Beatles were candy asses and their music was about as sexy as a root canal.

they both have there Place but since A Voice can translate so much I gotta say Elvis.the Beatles Combine couldn't Sing with Elvis IMHO.and lets be Real they did what He did when the first came over Here&that is Cover African-American Artist&blow up with it.they needed LSD to find there Genius Elvis had that "IT" from jump.but He also lost it.

Let's see. Elvis was an amazing live performer, amazing singer and amazing looking and sang catchy tunes.

The beatles were good song writers and wrote catchy tunes. But they were not great singers, not great looking and in concert all they did was stand there.

Elvis wins.

And of course Elvis was more diverse than the beatles. he could sing any type of song and do it well.

By the way, let's hear it for Elvis. His No.1 hits cd is No.1 in countries all over the world right now. 25 years after his death. Elvis still rules.
