I heard "Hey You' and it had bad reviews, but waas actually really nice, I think I liked it because first time in a long time, Neptunes did a song that doesnt that neptune sound, shows he can do more than that 'disco tetris" sound.

Not sure if I'm alone here, but I just heard "The Beat Goes On" (some of it) on the radio today. Sirius "The Beat" station listed it as an exclusive. It didn't do much for me, though. Sounded like "Hung Up", without any pathos or a hook, though, Very repeatitive.
