- Joy Division - Closer
- Curtis Mayfield - Curtis
- Prince - Dirty Mind
- Sly & The Family Stone - There's A Riot Going on

Di Melo is a brazilian artist, who recorded only one album in 1975. I was blown away with this!

Barbra Streisand: Live at Madison Square Garden

Just kidding.

I had a friend who was in love with this album, and played it all the time. Good God.... I mention it in warning to those who might come across it one day.

I guess this has to be official releases, rather than boots... here are some I'm quite partial to:

Miles - Complete Concert '64
Pink Floyd - delicate sound sof thunder - although the dubs are prett wacky
candy - live in amsterdam
Frankie Beverly & MAze in new orleans - i *love* this show
jacksons live
stanley clarke live at the greek
stevie - natural wonder

I've always been very dissapointed there isn't a decent Luther live set - the Radio City one isn't up to much I don't think....

I've never been able to get too much in this one that much! I mean, it doesn't have that kick or flair the other Live At The Apollo albums had. Can anyone explain why I can't really get into it.

Well it was recorded October 24, 1962 thats about two whole years before JB came with the funk, so that maybe one reason.

It was less funky and more soulful/R&B driven then his later Apollo releases, in 67 and 71. Also if you're not a big JB fan, you'd only probally recognize about 3 of the tracks as he hadn't hit big on the pop charts yet, (his two biggest up to that point "Think" and "Night Train" both mid 30's pop showings)
