Green Day sucks  It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

i think they were a bridge between genuine west coast power-pop punk and the poserish stuff that came after them. i don't TOTALLY dismiss them, but i blame billie joe armstrong for launching the careers of a million nasally, snot-nosed lead vocalists. | |

Maybe during the first couple of albums they were inclined to resurrect Punk, but they certainly were never Grunge. Now that they're selling millions and winning Grammies and shit, they're considered Pop.

Fuck labels man. Greenday is a great band and alot of people don't like them because they've gotton well known. I STILL love them...always will.
