Definitely.....there are more Portishead fans around here, so I'm sure they'll suggest them to you too.

Their live album is one of the best live albums I've heard, but most fans will tell you to start with Dummy and go in release order.....checking all of them out. It's not too overwhelming considering they don't have many albums out. According to their myspace blog, they're still working on the new album. confused I think they're pulling a Kate Bush.....they'll keep us posted with the same status for like a year and then finally release the album.
Favorites:
Cowboys.....probably all time fav. by them.
Western Eyes
Humming
Mysterons.....the live version is amazing.
Wandering Star
Pedestal
Biscuit
Undenied.....
and the live version of Over is nicer than the studio, imo.
I have a slight preference of their second album over Dummy.

Yes there are worth getting into. They only have an EP, 2 albums and a live one. A new one will/should be out soon enough.

As stated above, Start with the first one.

Don't know what else to say other than if you're fond of Older Tricky and Massiva Attack, you'll like Portishead. They are from Bristol, like Tricky and Massive Attack, as well have worked with them too.
