Con Funk Shun - Those costumes were "TOO TIGHT." I could tell what religion they are. Nice to let us all know they all hang to the right!

They played Masterjam!!!! That's one of my favorites. This was a very good episode, minus Bob & Anton doing ballet to another one of my favorite cuts, And The Beat Goes On

This was a good one. The best thing about it for me was the performances by The Spinners. They were having so much fun that it just put a smile on my face. What's missing from most of today's popular music they had in droves: joy. Great fun.

Just got around to watching this episode. I love confunkshun. It brought
back memories. I was in the eighth grade around this time and bought the album that summer. I used to play it every morning during the summer before i took a spin on my moped. I liked the whole spirit of love album. Confunkshun's horn section was tight. Felton Pilate is very versatile as he sings, plays multi instruments. Yes the clothes were funky as well as the fros. The band is now down to 3 original members felton pilate, michael cooper, and karl deacon fuller. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

Damn, I'm away for about a week and come back looking for this thread and it's on the bottom of the third page.....and there are some absolute boring threads on the first few pages. Where the hell are all the people that keep it live around here?
Anyway, I thought the show was great. It was great seeing the dancers dancing to "Don't Push It, Don't Force It". This is definately the era when I first started watching the show. Con-Funk-Shun was great also. Those outfits kept me panting all through their performances. Andy is a four letter word.

Oh hell! I recorded the show onto a DVD and couldn't wait for it to be over so I could zoom in close on those bulges. You could see everything! Those hairy chests were hot as hell too and I know they were a preview of what was down below. Andy is a four letter word.

those 2 were screaming weren't they. if you're gay your name has to be anton! Those whores were some flaming queens! I don't usually like that Broadway or ballet type dance but I was entertained by those two. I felt like I was watching Gene Anthony Rae on "Fame". Looking back at the old episodes, I notice that a lot of the male dancers were gay (which is a good thing because gay people always keep things live and interesting). I never realized how many gay people I was watching on various shows growing up. Growing up, I had always thought gay people were strictly into boring slow shit (that's probably why I stayed in the closet back then). Today's slow/midtempo ass music scene would be more what I would have pictured gay people to be listening to (without the thug images of course). . .
