Wasn't this meant to come out in March.

Anyone know if it's still coming out?

I've been anticipating that album too! On his myspace page, he posted a message in the blog explaining the delay and he also posted an audio message apologizing to his fans about the delay. Even though it was scheduled that the release date of his new album would be February of 2007, the date was cancelled and now there is no official date of the single nor the release of the first installment of the trilogy. And worst of all, the album was completed by then...

^ Yeah, I'm still hoping for a Fall release at this point. This album has been delayed too long.

His last few blogs were pretty vague regarding the new music.

i don't recall exactly where i read it, but i heard Maxwell's joint had to be shelved or delayed due to very obvious gay content which concerned his label

As of 2007 Maxwell has launched a Myspace page and the album was supposedly ready for release this past Spring. Now we're just waiting for any news.

I hope he gets to release it BEFORE the tracks become outdated.

I was so pumped for the new music earlier this year and now I've forgotten all about it. By the time he comes back out and if it doesn't compare to the 1st release or come close then I don't think he can make a comeback. He's too unreliable. Its too bad, he's a great artist with so much potential.
