It's time that she puts this Rhianna in place for poorly trying to imitate (jack) her style/music/video imagery from the late 70's & 80's. The Queen is Back and make way for the motherlude. Imitators stand down.

The album was produced by Ivor Guest with Sly & Robbie, Brian Eno and Tricky among others...
I'm expecting some great avantgarde groove extravaganza!!!

Cool. Sly & Robbie are some of her old collaborators. I certainly hope that she has a least some produced tracks by Nile Rodgers. As you can tell, I'm a Grace fan from way back. Like myself on the Org, I know Anxiety and Supa are Grace fans b/c we used to have some serious Grace threads back in the Org days. "Pull Up To My Bumper Baby With Your Long Black Limousine". [Edited 6/11/07 3:51am] Well I hope its true anyway,,,I won't hold my breath over this, Wikipedia has a tendency to bend the truth a lil' sometimes(remember comedian Sinbad's death news? It started from there).

Grace was the first artist who had a h.u.g.e. influence on me (years before I discovered P)! I was only a kid when I saw her One Man Show on TV sometime in the mid-late 80s and I just couldn't stop watching it! Then Slave To The Rhythym was my favourite track for years!

A really great compilation indeed! Though it hasn't some of my favs like "Inspiration" from the "Living My Life" LP. . [Edited 6/11/07 5:58am]

'one man show' was a HUGE eye-opener for me. i love that video. when i saw the beginning with grace dressed as donkey kong, jumping on scaffolds and playing accordion, i knew it was love.

I'm still anticipating the release of that film's DVD... In early 2006 Universal Pictures' subsidiary Spectrum announced that "A One Man Show" was to be re-released on DVD.
