Well her singing is not that good but compared to Jennifer Lopez and Madonna (who sounds emotionless and stiff since Ray of light) paris voice is much better.

studio trickery...folks thought the same about Ashley Simpson.

However they do the same with other artists and compared with the singers i named she still sounds better.

I know Janet ain't a good singer however she has the moves and a nicer voice and makes better albums than Madonna. I prefre the early years Madonna when she was fun but now shes so stiff.

I know a lot of people have low opinion's on Madonna's vocals but I think she is a good singer... with great songs.....
Paris is just an alright singer with pretty piss poor songs.

Also, I have to say, I heard Janet live on video once and thought she wasn't particularly strong, vocally.
