EUROVISION!! So did anyone watch eurovision last night?
Hillarious as usual, i love it so! lol How on earth the winners (serbia?) won is beyond me they were shit lol. Well i spose everyone was lol. The only one who i actually thought had any talent was the German entry.Roger Cicero.Has anyone heard of him? Downloaded his album this morning and its actually very good, so i'm quite pleased that this years contest has provided me with someone worth listening to!

Ukraine's performance may just be the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. Or the best. I just can't decide.

Downloaded his album this morning and its actually very good, so i'm quite pleased that this years contest has provided me with someone worth listening to! I'm from Germany. And I do have Cicero's album, too! He's pretty big in Germany. I can't stand the political results from eastern europe. It's like 18 countries from eastern europa and 6 countries from western europe - and in the end the eastern countries are all on the first 18 places. It has nothing to do with good music - it's just politics. I think, the german entry was the best. And I don't say that, because I'm german. There were years where we had pretty bad songs. I'd love to see the winners to be announced by a jury again like in the old days. Since everyone can vote via phone, all the eastern countries give their points to their neighbours - even if the songs are all shit! I can't stand it anymore. http://www.eurovision.tv/...w/338/282/ (his performance at the national selection in Hamburg, Germany) I think the big four (Germany, UK, France and Spain) should stop paying for the contest - and shouln't participate anymore. The eastern countries then can search for new countries to finance the show.

sounds like a good idea!
In the U.K a radio presenter (Terry Wogan) does the commentry for the show, and it's absolutly hillarious lol. All the european countries take it so seriously and he just takes this piss out of everybody and everything!

Here Roger Cicero is doing 3 songs on a special pre-Eurovison-show in Helsinki. The second song is 'How Come U Don't Call Me' by Prince:

Our song sucked balls
Actually, the whole damn contest sucks balls. I did like Belgium's entry, (The KMG's - Love Power). The first time I've ever actually liked an Eurovision song. It didn't even make the finals... damn Europeans don't have no taste. It's just Eastern European countries voting for each other anyway, it ain't even a competition. It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

There is no other event where there are so many horrible singers together in the same arena. My ears still hurt.
Thank goodness for Roger Cicero! He delivered the only real pro performance with a beautiful voice and a great song. But as someone told me, it's not a song contest anymore, it's a show contest.

I'm not saying it's a fix only for eastern countries
Take the votes from Spain to Romania for the latest 5 years 2003 and 2004 :10 points (2nd place) 2005, 2006, 2007 :12 poits (1st place) The same applies to Germany-Turkey and, in general, to all immigrant-receiving western countries. I say, Western coutries, let's leave them alone. Who needs this shit anyways?

I'm sure it's going to be a massive hit!! BTW I don't think anyone could beat the UK song in trashiness. It's the crappiest thing I've ever heard. The whole performance was just embarrasing. Every single year I promise to myself it's going to be the last Eurovision contest I will ever see... and here I am again... As one door closes, another opens...
