What does that have to do with anything? The fact of the matter is that Usher is completely copying Michael's dressing style there. Usher needs to try and be original.

To be honest, I can only imagine the amount of young wann-a-be-stars who are auditioning for record companies and talent shows and are trying to be exactly like Usher. Not that he is an original or very interesting himself, but I can see a lot of dolts relating to him enough strongly so that they will copy all the details that they can find in him. If you want to be a male pop/r&b star and you have no concept of personal integrity you are probably going to copy Usher.

How about this is a forum and its Called my OPINION!! So I'm expressing it...did that answer your question. confused

The one thing is that who really cares though. I don't really look at Usher, chris brown and the rest and think they completely stole everything from MJ. I see the influence but hell my parents felt MJ and prince "completely copied" from James Brown. Maybe he's paying his respects to MJ in which I think a couple of those pics maybe just that. Usher has always stated how Mj has influenced him. shrug

Ya'll just doing to much and have forgotten that Prince looked like little Richard for years. lol

I never understood why MJ and Usher had so much hand and ankle padding. I mean, they're not lining up as the "mike" back in a 4-3 and taking on a pulling guard on 2d down. They're doing dance routines.

Let me say this:

I'M TIRED OF THESE MUTHAFUCKAS!

I've seen interviews by Usher, Chris Brown, Omarion, Lloyd, Bow Wow and the rest of them and they are some cocky bastards. WTF
I saw an interview by Chris Brown and Bow Wow and they basically said they were the best out there. Wow, so because you're on the cover of "Right On!" you think you're the shit?! Come the fuck on!
I have respect for Usher because he's been around for nearly 15 years and still really popular(even though the first years of his career he sucked LOL), he's too damn arrogant.

What happened when artists were humble? damn.....

but right now, bow wow and chris brown probably are the best right now lol considering...shrug

I like Ushers music from the beginning to now. He's not a newcomer. He's just managed stick around.

I was just listening to "you make me wanna leave" the other day. Sorry, the arrognant asshole has made some descent r&b tracks. shrug

Arrogance is a part of the game for most male artists.

And I'm sorry, MJ is VERY arrogant. lol When were male artist ever really humble in r&B, the 60's? The artists from the 80's to the present have all had their times of arrogance and thinking they are the you know what. Some grow out of it and other's don't.

-----
"but right now, bow wow and chris brown probably are the best right now considering... "

WTF !!!! Chris Brown can't sing for shit and Bow Wow can't rap. I don't care if RnB artist are arrogant. Be arrogant just bring something to table.

Oh please. blah, blah, blah....Prince straight pimped out Little Richard's look. lol

And aren't some saying lots of stars are pimpin' out Mj's look..same thing. Prince did have a reputation of being disrespectful and arrognant.

And as far as the other comment..You obviously didn't get it.

No man or woman is an island-not even in the music business and "pop culture".
All of them have been influenced, inspired, and have learned something from all those who came before them, even Michael Jackson and yes, Prince.
Usher is not a drop of water all alone in a glass. He's just part of a river that flows and continues to flow.

I have not read or heard about Prince being disrespectful to older artist with the exception of Rick James ( but I consider him to be a peer) Shit he signed a bunch of older artist to his label and has donated money to the RnB foundation.

He was nowhere near as disrespectful or as arrogant has Usher. Who does not have the talent of Prince, Marvin Gaye or JB.

Usher does not have a great singing voice, he rips off MJ wholesale, and he certainly is not a great song writer.

I think we know who does not get it and try looking at a person's talent not their fucking hair !!!

Prince acted so disrespectful when he joined James Brown on stage back in 1983... He was full of himself. But that's me.

If Usher or Timberlake acted like that with Prince on stage, I already kow what people would say over there...

And even though I Hate Usher, he's a great live singer. Period

You can like it or not, but he can really sing.

i was going to say the same thing. he is basically a bobby brown rip off. how can he say he's original? he is right though that there are many copy cats out there like chris brown, lloyd and omarion but please people let's not forget b. brown is truly the originator of this "sensation".

What "sensation" is that? A sex-obsessed R&B singing lothario who can dance his ass off? My great grandaddy was doing that back down in South Carolina way before Bobby Brown was running around Roxbury.

First of all I don't know what video your are looking at. P looked terrified on that stage with JB and many times he has given JB props.

I never said Usher was a horrible singer. He is just okay live. If you are going to compare yourself to MJ and Marvin Gaye. You should be better than okay.

He has never really performed any music that I consider to be funk. So I don't get the JB comparision at all.
