what are the very best live albums ever put out?

what are the exceptional live albums that stand out way above the rest? try not to use bootlegs (like small club) that aren't easily accessible to the masses.
have at it!

just about any live bowie album
laurie anderson - home of the brave
james brown - live at the apollo (naturally)


i'm sure there are many more i'm not taking into account, but these come to mind first as the best from my collection.

this is my fav



I can do the whole thing karaoke, with hand movements and gestures. Available for weddings, bar mitvahs, etc.

Same goes here. He was one of the great songwriters of his generation. I was listening to "I Can't Write Left Handed" one Sunday morning as I was reading the papers about the debate over the surge. Sadly, the song is still timely today.

One of the greatest live albums EVER (in my opinion) is Tom Waits' "Nighthawks At The Diner." Tom plays MC, comedian, and poet, as well as songwriter on it, and introduced new songs in front of a live audience.
