is lionel richie good saxophone player and what instruments he played on commodores records listen to lovers at first sight ,saxophone solo
is played by lionel richie. he was saxophone player in the commodores, lead,back vocalist and piano player. but what abouth other piano related instruments ,did he play synth,clavinet or that duty was only milan wiliams job??? | |

Lionel did play sax in the early years but he mainly played piano when it came to the ballads. All the other stuff (clav,synth,Moog) was handled by Milan Williams (RIP). Milan was great in his own right. He even played rhythm guitar (live) on a song or two.

THANX FOR THE INFO,ok but what about songs where lionel didnt sing or play piano,he was probably present on some instrument?
