She really does have no live presence or stage persona at all does she? Its like she's just going through the motions. I found her exactly the same when I saw her on her recent tour. All the songs were there, she sang great, it all looked ok, but it was strangely void of any kind of atmosphere. My friend who i was watching her with turned to me during one of her "speeches" and pointed out her complete lack of personality and I think that is the main thing i see in her performances. She sings well live though.....but then so would I if I stood still. | |
